At the back of the receiver, a keyed plate, a washer and a lock nut hold the arm in place. No drilling. The guard's posts bolt to the bracket plates with four flange nuts a side.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWith the set in place, the brackets take up the tow-hook receivers, so each one carries its own towing eye. The guard's latches close on U-bolts on the guard itself, so the brackets carry none. On our trucks the job took about two hours.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn the box: a driver-side and a passenger-side bracket, two keyed plates, two washers and ten nuts, 39.8 lbs in all.
