Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns on unused items, 90-day manufacturing warranty, and a team you can actually reach by phone or email — no runaround.
Returns

30-Day Return Window

Changed your mind or ordered the wrong size? We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date — as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
Condition Required New, unused, in like-new condition Item must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Items that show signs of use, installation, or wear are not eligible.
Return Shipping Customer covers return shipping — with one exception If we shipped you the wrong item or the product has a manufacturing defect, we cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return freight.
Inspection All returns are inspected before approval Once we receive your return, we inspect it before processing your refund or replacement. This typically takes 2–3 business days after we receive the item.
Warranty

90-Day Manufacturing Warranty

All products are backed by a 90-day manufacturing warranty. Warranty claims are handled as replacements only — not refunds. If something fails due to a manufacturing defect, we make it right.
Tarps Flatbed & Lumber Tarps

Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The following are not covered:

  • ×Rips, tears, or punctures from road use
  • ×Wind damage during transit
  • ×Damage from improper tie-down or strapping
  • ×Misuse or failure to use edge/corner protectors
💡 Extend your tarp's life: Always use corner/edge protectors wherever straps contact the tarp. Proper securement prevents the majority of damage we see.
Cargo Control Products Straps, Chains, Binders & Hardware

Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The following are not covered:

  • ×Overloading beyond rated WLL
  • ×Improper use or misapplication
  • ×Damage from abuse or neglect
  • ×Normal wear from regular use
💡 Always check WLL ratings: Using a strap or binder beyond its Working Load Limit voids the warranty and creates a serious safety risk on the road.
Exceptions

What We Cannot Accept Back

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances, unless the item arrived defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue.
Non-Returnable These items cannot be returned
  • ×Used or installed products — once installed or put into service, the item cannot be returned
  • ×Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or user error
  • ×Custom or special-order items — unless the item arrived defective
Process

How to Start a Return

All returns must be pre-approved before you ship anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. Here's how it works:

Contact us first — before you ship Reach out by email or phone to let us know what you're returning and why. We'll confirm eligibility and give you return instructions. Do not send the item back without authorization.

We approve and send return instructions Once we confirm your return is eligible, we'll email you a Return Authorization along with the return address and packaging instructions. Typical response time is 1 business day.

Ship the item back — we inspect and process Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. Once received, inspection takes 2–3 business days, after which your refund or replacement is processed.
Important — inspect your order on delivery. If items arrive damaged or there's a shipping issue, you must report it to us within 48 hours of receipt. Damage reported after this window may not be eligible for a claim.
