Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Huntley, IL.

We ship via UPS and FedEx for standard orders. Carrier selection depends on your location and order size. Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

After your order ships

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for UPS or FedEx. If you haven’t received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, contact us directly.

Damage & claims

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging before opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with the carrier to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
