What qualifies
Tire chains and tarps count
Tire chains, tarps and other heavy parcels count toward the minimum. Free shipping covers ground service. Freight items aren't part of free ground shipping (see Shipped by freight quote).
Carrier fees
We may bill you after it ships
Carriers charge more to deliver to a home than to a business. If you choose free shipping and the carrier delivers to a home, we may bill you the carrier's home delivery fee after your order ships. If the carrier bills us more than 20% above the paid shipping rate checkout showed you, we may bill you the difference. Before we bill, we email you the carrier's charge and the amount.
