Data Collection

What information we collect.

We collect information in three situations: when you provide it directly, automatically as you use the site, and from third-party tools we use to operate the store.

Order & account information Name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order history, and account password (encrypted). Collected when you place an order or create an account.
Payment information Card number, expiration, and CVV are processed by Shopify Payments (PCI-DSS compliant). We never see or store full card details on our servers.
Browsing & analytics data Pages visited, clicks, time on site, device type, browser, and IP address. Collected automatically via Google Analytics and our site platform.
Marketing preferences Email address and SMS number if you opt in to marketing. Managed through Omnisend. You can unsubscribe at any time from any message we send.
Data Use

How we use your information.

    Fulfill your ordersProcess payments, arrange shipping, send order confirmations and tracking updates, and handle returns or warranty claims.

    Improve the site and your experienceAnalyze traffic patterns and purchase behavior to improve product pages, search results, and site performance. Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to individual identities for this purpose.

    Send marketing communications (only if you opted in)Promotional emails, SMS messages, and retargeted ads on Google and Meta platforms. We only send marketing to customers who have explicitly opted in. You can opt out at any time.

Security

How we protect your data.

Our store runs on Shopify, which maintains PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance — the highest standard for payment data security. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Payment data is handled entirely by Shopify Payments and never passes through our systems in unencrypted form.

No security system is perfect. While we follow industry best practices, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, data breaches, or hardware failures will never occur. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Updates

Changes to this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices change or when required by law. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For material changes that affect how we use your data, we will notify active customers by email before the changes take effect.
