About This Product
An over-the-tire ratchet strap with a swivel hook end for heavier vehicles than the wire-hook version handles. The swivel hook rotates to seat cleanly in a stake pocket or rail at any angle, while rubber blocks grip the tire tread and pull tension down and away from the body panels. Cross the strap over the tire and ratchet it to the deck.
