HEADACHE RACK PARTS & ACCESSORIES
The rack outlasts the parts that hang off it.
Mounting kits in two frame lengths, chain hangers, tarp trays, and replacement Mini-Vault doors and T-locks.
What Fits What
A headache rack is a long-term piece of equipment, and the parts that wear out are rarely the rack itself. This is where you replace them.
Mounting kits come in two lengths. The 19-5/8" U-bolt fits most truck frames; the 22" Extended reaches around a reinforced or doubled frame rail. Measure the rail before ordering, because that is the one measurement people get wrong.
The rest is storage and wear parts: chain hangers that give loose chains a fixed home instead of the toolbox floor, a top mount tarp tray that turns the space above the rack into somewhere to put a folded tarp, and replacement Mini-Vault doors and T-locks so a damaged box does not mean buying a whole rack.

“Got 2 4ft tarps and 2 8ft tarps for my husband’s birthday since he drives a flatbed. He’s been using them non-stop — says they’re the best tarps he’s ever had. They seriously withstand everything!”

“I purchased several items from Cargo Control Center, including tarps and chains. Driving in severe conditions and dealing with sharp and heavy cargo, I haven’t had any issues — no damage, no failures.”
