This is the long-bolt version of our headache rack mounting kit, built for trucks running a reinforced or doubled frame rail that a standard U-bolt cannot reach around. Four 22" U-bolts wrap the rail, tie plates and nuts clamp them down, and two reinforced rubber pads sit between the frame rail and the rack for grip and to keep vibration out of the mount.
Everything else works like the standard kit: no welding, U-bolts install up or down depending on what clears your frame, and the job needs hand tools rather than fabrication. Measure your frame rail before ordering — if you have a standard rail, the 19-5/8in kit is the one you want.
