Headache Rack Cover for Semi Truck — 18oz Vinyl, Fits 68in x 80in

A headache rack lives outside in the worst of it. Winter is the problem: road salt, slush off the drive tires, and freezing spray coat the chains and binders sitting in the hangers, and steel that stays wet and salted rusts. This cover drapes over the top of the rack and down both sides, closing off the chain hangers and the tray so the hardware behind it stays dry.

It is cut from the same 18oz waterproof vinyl as our heavy tarps, sized to fit both of our 68x80 diamond plate racks with room to spare, so it also goes over a larger rack. On a smaller one, the bungees take up the slack. Sixteen D-rings run in two rows and twenty-two grommets line the perimeter: hook a bungee to a D-ring, wrap it around the rack, and the cover pulls tight and stays put at highway speed instead of flapping.

Folded, it packs into its own sleeve at 23 x 15 inches and stows in the tool box until the weather turns.
