Built from 5000 series 1/8" diamond plate aluminum, this headache rack mounts behind the cab on sleeper and day cab semi trucks. The center Mini-Vault tool box adds lockable, weather-sealed storage. Chain hangers on both sides hold up to 12 tie-down chains or binders each.
Installation requires 22" of catwalk clearance. Drivers can self-install with basic hand tools, or use the Cab Rack Installation Kit (sold separately) for a faster mount.

Headache racks are not a front-end protection device and do not meet the requirements of FMCSA/DOT CFR 393.114a. All loads must be secured per FMCSA CFR 393.100–393.132. Install on trucks only — not on trailers.
