About This Product
Grade 70 transport chain is the standard for pairing with a ratchet chain binder on flatbed loads. This 3/8" x 20' length carries a clevis grab hook on each end, ready to hook straight into the load's anchor points or into a binder without any extra hardware. Working Load Limit is 6,600 lbs with a 26,400 lb breaking strength, rated to National Association of Chain Manufacturers (NACM) standards, the benchmark most carriers and shippers check for on a load report.
Truckers also call this tow chain, binder chain, boomer chain, or coil chain. Same G70 alloy, different job names depending on what's being hauled and who's asking. Pair it with a compatible ratchet binder to take up slack and tension the chain against the load; inspect every link before use, since a stretched or nicked link drops the chain's real strength well below its rating. This chain is not rated for overhead lifting, only load securement.

“Got 2 4ft tarps and 2 8ft tarps for my husband’s birthday since he drives a flatbed. It’s been a while now, and he’s been using them non-stop—says they’re the best tarps he’s ever had. They seriously withstand everything! Super tough and still look like new.”
