About This Product
This is a replacement paddle lock for the underbody trailer tool boxes that ship with one built in. Sized to 24", it swaps in when the original lock jams, rusts, or gets damaged, without replacing the whole tool box door. Fasteners are included for a complete installation, so there's no separate hardware to track down.
Paddle locks take the daily abuse of being opened and closed on every stop, and the lock mechanism typically wears out well before the door panel around it. Confirm your tool box uses a 24" paddle lock before ordering, since lock sizing isn't standardized across manufacturers and a mismatched lock won't seat in the existing cutout or engage the latch correctly.
